On the 7th episode of Foodie Fridays, Chef Morgan will show you how to make a delicious and light no bake cheesecake.
No Bake Cheese Cake
Prep: 30 minutes
Total Time: 2 hours 30 minutes
Servings: 12
Ingredients
2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawedÂ
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (21 ounce) can of pie filling
1 premade graham cracker crust
1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth
2. Fold in whip toppingÂ
3. Put mixture into pie crust, smoothing the top
4. Top pie with pie fillingÂ
5. Refridgerate for 2 hours before serving
